A few chores done and relax with this awesome weather while we can.

Where are we today ?
Last night was very warm for here, about 60f overnight, widows open and quite comfortable for sleeping.  This morning not too bad either, sunshine, had some wind, about 20 mph but the clubhouse house blocked most of it. Was a wonderful day, temps in the mid 70's.

Nice walkabouts chatting with various people here and there. Then got in a cleaning mode. Cleaned our fridge, coffee maker, captains chairs and dashboard, even change the oil in our Fry Daddy changed while we have the chance. Perfect weather for it, and even had time to enjoy our books outside for a couple hours. Now how awesome is that?

We enjoy this membership park with the great weather and facilities, only $10. a night. The pool is a bit busy for the weekend but will quiet down tomorrow.

Lots to see and do here, think we have done most of it over the past few years, not far away is the Neil Armstrong Space Museum in Wapakoneta Ohio and Airstream factory in Jackson Centre Click HERE to view my previous posting.

And the Bicycle Museum of America in New Bremen Ohio, just down the road, is definitely worth a visit click HERE to check this place out, it is amazing too.
a perfect very warm day here
Got our afternoon reading time in, and very quiet, where are parked. Just enjoying this great weather most of you are having too.
A great day for another Weber Q moment, grill a couple Pork Burgers w/bacon we picked up at the Swiss Sausage and Meat Co. the other day.
Also fire up our Fry daddy to add some fresh cut fries to the mix. Sure took care of another craving we had.
pork burgers w/bacon Oh so tasty!
sure hit the spot tonight
Love this warm springtime weather, can still read outside after supper until almost 8pm (in shorts too!). We will enjoy it while we can because we just know another cold front is coming this way soon.
Want to thank ya'll for stopping on by again, gad you could join us.

  1. You're certainly moving along. Before you know it you'll be across that border. We wish we could get closer to crossing the Texas border but we're kind of stuck until the winds go away. Oh well .... not much we can do about that. Your fresh fries sure looked nummy!

  2. We're expecting wind, hail and other yukky weather tonight so your photos of NW Ohio look pretty good.... But... the food you fix looks even better!

  3. When the "cleaning mood hits" make the most out of it! That was an efficient day. Lots of gadgets you have for making food. I thought it was the "weber" only! :))

  8. How nice to be able to sit outside so late in the evening. And all that cleaning--we need to do the same thing here but have so far this weekend resisted the urge!

    1. The weather was perfect for the cleaning and we have full hook ups, not sure what the next few weeks will bring, other than we will be busy.

  9. Just caught on on the past few days. Good to hear you are ready to cross back home when the weather is right. No rush unless you have appointments you have to get to.

  10. I love homemade french fries. Wonder if I could talk Jim into making some. I didn't know that you had a restaurant in your other life.

    1. Hard a small restaurant for 10 years and really enjoyed all the cooking, until my body wore out from too many hours on my feet every week.
