Suzie fixed our printer, well kinda !!

Where are we today ?
New Hamburg Ontario
This morning was wonderful, gonna have sunshine and be much warmer all day! Yep we are ready for it. So while things are warming up I am working on getting our wireless printer working. Couple hours of frustration downloading drivers and setup not working Suzie finally told me to gi away! Go for a drive and she would look at things. Goo idea because I was getting now where. Sometime you just get tunnel vision and cannot go anywhere else.
So I did went to Bright cheese for some old Canadian Cheddar and found out we cannot afford it anymore. Went from about $10.00 a pound for 4 year old to $17.00 a pound in less than a year! Wow its good (really good) but now don't think it is in our budget anymore. Too bad we did enjoy it.
Now back home and guess what? Our printer is working wirelessly for Suzie on her PC. Always worked if we plugged it in but the wireless connection is great for us. So I try my Mac and not working still. Investigate a bit more and I guess while downloading new drivers I change my default printer setting, so a simple matter of changing it back and wow its all working great again. Printer, scanner, copier all wirelessly. Computers are great when they work but can be frustrating at times. Thanks for your help Suzie!
Now a call to our RV dealer parts guy (Jeff Intini) at Sicards RV where we purchased our coach 7 years ago from Larry Vanstone a fellow rver, blogger and now friends. Told him we need two Airconditioner Shrouds for our coach and asked for his best price. He checked things out and came back with an AMAZING price here in Canada much cheaper than we could buy in the USA. Less the 1/2 the price from a local Rv dealer here. So if you need parts or rv stuff it is sure worth while to check these guys out. Oh and if you need a new rv give Larry a shout he's a great guy to deal with too!
Ok enough of this stuff lets get outside and have fun! Sunny and warmer the ground is drying up and the yard here is a mess. So we got a couple rakes out and set to work for a bit. Picking up branches and limbs littering the yard after the ice storm now looking much better. Dennis brought around a wagon and loader for us to put all the debris in. In short time we had the yard all cleaned up.
just need help with this heavy limb
Suzie hard at work
loader filling the trailer
looks better now!
Rest for a bit
Then we grabbed our lawn chairs and relaxed in front of the garage (out of the wind) and fianlly got a chance to do some serious reading for a while- AWESOME!
The barn cats coming to check us out
Now as all was going well here I set up our Weber Q-100 to cook supper for the four of us. Tonight three Cornish Hens, baked potatoes, mixed veggies and a tossed salad. One of our favourite meals! Ad some Swiss Chalet sauce and it is heavenly.
our Weber Q-100 does a great job, perfect everytime
really hit the spot
That was it for a very nice warm spring type day here on Ontario 18c (65f), Yep we will take a lot more of these days thats for sure.
Just a quick thanks to you all again for stopping in for a peak, hope you had a great day too! Now the TV can watch me before Suzie wakes me up for bed time.

  6. Now that I have 2 Weber Q's, I'm going to put one of them on our back deck and try to replicate some of these great meals you grill up with yours. Those Cornish hens look tasty.

Wireless printers are sure fun to use.

    1. The Weber is so easy to use and I find great results every time. Keep the lid closed as much as possible.

Love the wireless printer too as it hides in a closet in our coach and we can both print wirelessly .

    2. I agree, Rick, I'm getting a Weber as well, thanks to George and Susie here - and will be trying George's recipes! Can't wait! George, sure wish you had a Weber link on your page that would give you commissions on weber sales!
